- What is Coscool?
Coscool is an online store focused on stylish, practical, and thoughtfully selected products for everyday life.
- Where do you ship?
At this time, we mainly ship to the United States.
- How long does order processing take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery time is usually 7–15 business days after the order has been processed. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other unexpected delays.
- How much is shipping?
Some products may include free standard shipping. If a product is eligible for free shipping, the shipping cost will be shown as free at checkout.
For products that are not eligible for free shipping, standard shipping is $6.99.
Free shipping may also be available for orders over $49.
- How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a tracking number by email. Please allow some time for the tracking information to update.
- Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.
- What is your return policy?
We accept return requests within 30 days after the order is delivered. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number, clear photos of the item, and photos of the packaging.
