Return Period
We accept return requests within 30 days after the order is delivered.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Items that have been used, damaged, washed, altered, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for return.

Return Shipping Cost
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.
